Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and services. By engaging with Bravon (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms.

Services

Bravon provides website design, setup, and optional services such as hosting, updates, and consulting. Services are provided as one-time projects or optional add-ons unless otherwise agreed.

All services are tailored to each client's needs and defined in advance via written communication (email or WhatsApp).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to VAT if applicable.

Payments for services are made in full before the project begins, unless otherwise agreed. Project work will begin once payment is received.

Add-ons such as hosting, content updates, or priority delivery are billed separately.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, all deliverables (website, content, images, layout) become the property of the client.

Bravon reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected package and scope. Starter projects are usually completed within 7 days, Premium within 10–14 days, and Enterprise projects may take longer.

Timelines may be affected by delays in communication, missing content, or late payments.

Support & Updates

Post-launch support is only included if the client has subscribed to the Website Care plan. Otherwise, updates and changes are available on request at additional cost.

Clients with CMS access (Enterprise package) are responsible for managing their own content.

Hosting & Domain

Bravon offers optional domain and hosting management services. After the first 12 months, hosting and domain services are billed annually or monthly unless cancelled.

Clients may also choose to migrate their site to a different provider.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has started or been delivered.

If a project is cancelled before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.

Limitation of Liability

Bravon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or websites.

While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, full compatibility, or absolute security of the websites we build.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. In case of legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
